Knowing the Diva

  1. Am a confessed control freak who obsesses about things/people that interest me :)   In simple terms, “OC “ako!
  2. Must be the “English professor” genes I inherited from my dear departed lola but I seriously abhor grammatical errors and cringe at misspellings – sorry, just one of my quirks, I guess! :D
  3. Traded in my office pumps a year+ ago for more comfy soccer mom togs as am now a certified domestic diva (mom of 3) /sexpat (spouse of an expat) temporarily based in the KSA
  4. I just love traveling (not the “basketball kind”, mind you!) and have made it my “life’s mission” to see as much of the world as possible (budget-permitting, of course!). ;)
  5. “Type A Personality” so describes me… I honestly wish I were more laid-back and less OC at times… :(
  6. I am not very good at hiding how I feel.  I’m very “transparent” – ika nga ni Gretchen Barretto, “What you see is what you get!” – Hahaha! :razz:
  7. I’m a “closet jologs” – for some reason, I have very good memory when it comes to “ka-showbizan” :grin:

    Nice to know you Sexpat Diva, haha! I think we were both schooled on Strunk and White, explaining the obsession with spelling, grammar and usage (and quotation marks in the right places). :-)

    Same here, MegaMom! :) To tell you the truth, we didn’t use Strunk and White at all while I was learning the “rudiments” of grammar and composition… ;) Hence, the obsession must really be largely due to genetics – hahaha!
