Apart from the resounding success of the film New Moon, I guess most of the world is now talking about the end of an era in television – Oprah’s announcement of her show’s final airing in September 2011.
Though I may be reading more than there actually is to Oprah’s announcement, I can’t help but see parallels in her short spiel with our own lives here in the kingdom – on how, like her, we have been on this “yellow brick road of blessings” more than we could ever have imagined and also, like her, we are also now feeling (although we admittedly have to seek more spiritual guidance and direction before making “the change”) that 2011 may just be the right moment for us – “feels right in our bones and feels right in our spirit” too!
And another eureka moment for me… guess where the proverbial yellow brick road leads to?
To Oz, right?
(Are you seeing where all this is coming from now?)
Until then, please do keep our family’s intentions in your prayers as we prepare to end one chapter and begin another in our ongoing real-life Chinoy telenovela.

Yes, you’ll be in our prayers sa paglalakbay nyo sa bagong kontinento.
And before you depart Saudi, do tell us so we can say our goodbyes to you. (In other words, para mapakain mo kami. Hehe).
Don’t worry, Nebz… we will definitely let you know

Hi Pinks,
We seldom log on to your SSS blog site, but now we did . . . and read on with much joy, amusement and pride at your past 3-4 postings. (For some reason though, we couldn’t display the pic you posted re: “Taking the Cue from Oprah”.)
Yes, we will always keep you and your intentions in our prayers. Go OZ by 2011!!
Yes, your “ballerina” looked so cute and lovable (despite her tantrums, which is no big deal naman kasi we’re so used to all that naman even before she came into our world … guess from whom??)
Yes, the boys+princess have indeed grown as to love and support one another.
Most of all, we thank God for constantly instilling in you the grateful heart that acknowledges the source of all your family’s blessings.
Looking forward to reading your next postings.
Love you all,
Papa & Mama
Yahoo! You finally posted a comment – and quite lengthy pa ha – hehehe!

Let’s all count our blessings!
On our 2011 plans… yes, more prayers please! We might get there sooner than we all expect.. who knows, right?
On our ballerina… the temper tantrums so reminiscent of….”Ayoko Na Boy”? Hahaha!
As I always remind myself – happiness stems from a grateful heart
