And Baby Makes Three…

4 11 2005

Keith and I were pleasantly surprised to discover our newest blessing last 15 Oct – after 5 years, we were going to have another baby!  Image Just when I thought this pregnancy would be a cut above the rest, the usual symptoms (dizziness, nausea and implantation bleeding) again re-surfaced.  Thus, as expected, I was advised complete bedrest for the next two weeks.

I guess it’s pretty much a mixed bag too since I also got to spend more time with Luigi and Rafa while they were on post-Halloween break from school.  Got some practice being a full-time stay-at-home mom (an omen of things to come?  I honestly hope so!) – story-telling, merienda-making, afternoon naps, name it, I did it!  Ain’t life grand? Image  Of course, there were also times when I felt I was slowly losing my mind due to boredom and the extreme heat at home (won’t be surprised if our Meralco bill jacks up next month!) – good thing, Camp Oz is just a stone’s throw away!

I’m going into my last week of bedrest before I re-join the working world again (sigh!).  Hope I get to do all I am supposed to do before HSBC calls again.

Till then, my boys and my baby would definitely keep me occupied. Image
